Wava: WhatsApp AI Customer Support Bot
SMEs lose time manually answering repetitive WhatsApp FAQs, leads, and order queries. Wava uses Claude to auto-answer them, qualify leads, track orders/shipping, and hand off to a human when needed. Built for multi-region compliance from day one: KVKK (Turkey), GDPR and the EU AI Act (EU), and CCPA/CPRA (US), each with its own consent flow and data handling rules. Most sites either skip the cookie consent required by GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (US) and KVKK (Turkey), or fake it with a cosmetic banner that lets trackers run before consent, which fails audits. Consentio scans your cookies, shows an on-brand banner, auto-blocks third-party scripts until consent, and logs every consent audit-ready, matched to the right regime by visitor region. The roadmap adds agency white-label with multi-client management, an area where CookieYes/Cookiebot/Termly are weaker.
