Strictly necessary / functional (always active, no consent required):

NEXT_LOCALE: a genuine HTTP cookie that remembers your language preference (Turkish/English). filova-cookie-consent: stores your cookie preference (accept/decline); not a cookie technically, kept in your browser's localStorage until you clear it or change your preference.

Analytics (loaded only with your consent):

Analytics service providers (e.g. Google Analytics): used to collect usage statistics. Processing does not aim to retain your full IP address and is subject to the relevant provider's current privacy practices.

Filova does not currently use any cookies for advertising or retargeting purposes. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be sought again where required.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the notice shown on your first visit. Analytics tools are loaded only with your consent; if you decline, these scripts are never loaded on our site.

To change your preference at any time, use the "Manage Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect some site functionality (e.g. remembering your language preference).

Google Analytics cookies are managed by Google LLC under Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Third-party services we may use on our site in the future, such as live chat, calendar booking, or video players, may set their own cookies or similar technologies. In that case, the relevant service's own privacy and cookie policies apply.

Analytics providers and any other third-party services we use may process personal data on servers located outside your country of residence (e.g. the United States). Such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Strictly necessary cookies are used under the "strictly necessary" exemption (UK PECR) / legitimate interest, as they are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are loaded only with your consent under the UK GDPR / PECR.

Where you are based in Turkey, KVKK (Turkish Law No. 6698) applies in addition; where you are based in the EEA, the EU GDPR applies in addition.

As there is no common technical standard for browsers' "Do Not Track" signals, these signals are not currently processed separately.
