Wava: WhatsApp AI Customer Support Bot
SMEs lose time manually answering repetitive WhatsApp FAQs, leads, and order queries. Wava uses Claude to auto-answer them, qualify leads, track orders/shipping, and hand off to a human when needed. It is designed with data minimisation and regional requirements in mind; compliance features are in development. Turkish and English interfaces are planned. Availability and permitted messaging flows depend on Meta/WhatsApp approval, client account eligibility, and the consent, opt-in, template and messaging rules applicable to the use case. Consentivo: Cookie Consent Compliance Platform
Most sites either skip the cookie consent required by GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (US) and KVKK (Turkey), or fake it with a cosmetic banner that lets trackers run before consent. Consentivo is being built to scan a site's cookies, show an on-brand banner, block third-party scripts until consent is given, and record consent events with their timestamp and scope. The roadmap has two directions: a localised consent-management experience for teams operating in Türkiye, and agency white-label with multi-client management.
